Peary Macmillan Arctic Museum
Animal Allies: Inuit Views of a Natural World promises many memorable experiences. Visitors venturing into the exhibit may find themselves looking a polar bear in the eye, learning to pronounce the Inuit names for various animals, marveling at Inuit carvings of beings that seem half animal and half human, or touching a real narwhal tusk.
Bowdoin International Music Festival- Every year renowned artist instructors, performers, soloists, and gifted pre-professional classical musicians from around the world come to Brunswick and display their special talents to the Midcoast community. Taste of Brunswick-The premier culinary event in Brunswick. Join the Tavern and the other local area restaurants in a day of showcasing talented chefs and their artistic take on our regional specialties. June 22, 2013 11am-3:30pm
Music on the Mall- features a variety of musical talents every Wednesday evening from on the Town Green beginning at 6pm. Pre-order your picnic dinner from the Tavern to make a night of it. June 26 - August 28, 2013. Check out the list of performances.
Brunswick Farmers Market- Located at the town green in Brunswick every tuesday and friday from May-November opening at 8am and closing at 2pm. Support local farmers, fisheries, and artisans!
Rockland Lobster Festival- Calling all Lobster Lover's! The Rockland Lobster Festival is one of Maine's largest events showcasing our beloved delicacy. Make an adventure of your trip and stay at the Inn and make your way up the coast via the Maine Eastern Railroad July 31st- August 4, 2013.
Great Falls Balloon Festival- offers hot air balloons for viewing and riding. August 16 - 18, 2013.
Harvest on the Harbor- is Maine's largest culinary event and wine festival with educational seminars, food & beverage tastings, epicurean shopping and celebrations of great Chefs from our region. October 23 - 26, 2013..
